Scot Walstra

Scot joined CEDC as Vice President in 2011. He works directly with Cowlitz County industrial and manufacturing firms to provide a variety of incentives for workforce  training, tax incentives, permitting, business recruitment/retention and growth. Scot retired from NW Natural Gas as Director of Business Development in 2006 after 26 years. In 2007, he joined the Port of Camas-Washougal as Director of Planning and Development where he managed development, acquisitions and leases for the Port's industrial park properties and general aviation airport for three and a half years.

A Pacific Northwest native, Scot has served on many boards and community organizations throughout the Portland-Southwest Washington region.
